1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing classes at Kiran Bai Sa Studio ("the Studio"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Class Bookings & Cancellations

  • All classes must be booked in advance through Calendly using your class credits.
  • 48-hour cancellation policy — cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled class will result in the credit being forfeited.
  • The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, holidays, or low enrolment. In such cases, your credit will be fully restored.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Class credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
  • Trial Class ($15) is available to first-time participants only — one per account.
  • Monthly memberships renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your member dashboard before the next renewal date.

4. Health & Participation

  • Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and health before attending classes.
  • Please inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before class begins.
  • Participation in dance and fitness activities carries inherent risks. The Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from participation unless due to instructor negligence.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to treat instructors, fellow students, and studio property with respect.
  • Appropriate dance attire and clean indoor footwear are required.
  • The Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful.

6. Intellectual Property

All choreography, class content, branding, and materials provided by Kiran Bai Sa Studio remain the intellectual property of the Studio. Recording of classes is not permitted without express written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify members of material changes via email.
